FAQs

A SOC 2 Type 2 report is an independent audit performed by a licensed CPA firm. It evaluates not just the design but also the operating effectiveness of our security controls over a period of time (in our case, 12 months). It provides reasonable assurance that Axiom Cloud meets its service commitments and system requirements in line with the AICPA Trust Services Criteria for Security.
You can request access to our SOC 2 Type II report directly through the Trust Center. Reports are shared under NDA with qualified prospects, customers, or investors.
Your data security is our top priority. We use a range of safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls with multi-factor authentication, and continuous monitoring. Our services run in a secure, enterprise-grade cloud environment with multiple layers of protection. We also perform regular security testing and independent SOC 2 Type 2 audits to validate that these controls are working effectively.
Access is strictly limited to authorized employees who need it to perform their roles. We follow the principle of least privilege, require multi-factor authentication, and review access rights regularly to ensure they remain appropriate.
All employees complete security awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter. We require confidentiality agreements, enforce strong access policies, and regularly monitor compliance with our security policies to ensure customer data is handled responsibly.
We operate a Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program to assess the security, privacy, and compliance practices of all vendors before they are onboarded. Vendors are then reviewed annually to ensure they continue to meet our standards. Those with access to customer data must also meet contractual and security requirements.
Yes. Multi-factor authentication is required for all remote access to our systems and cloud environments, adding an extra layer of protection for customer data.
Yes. We conduct ongoing vulnerability scans, independent annual penetration tests, and apply timely security updates to keep our systems protected.
Yes. We undergo an annual SOC 2 Type 2 audit by an independent CPA firm and engage third-party penetration testers to validate our security controls.
